Background
This is the first project I have created, since I came to the University of Southampton in the UK for postgraduate study, the content is about creating a visual representation of my MA Communication Design project “journey”.
User Research
I spent some time using various methods to collect information about myself as a user. This is the first time I look at myself from the user’s point of view. This allows me to rethink the motivations, behaviors, thoughts and emotions of a user. While brainstorming, I used observation, photography, painting and other methods to conduct research again.
After my second research, I decided to make the final visual presentation from the perspective of travel planning. For me, most of the time I behave casually and loosely, but I love to make plans and determine goals. I think this is probably the complexity of people. I think life is full of changes. On the one hand, we have to pursue those beautiful and short-lived things. On the other hand, we have to have a general direction and ensure that we are walking where we want to go.
User Map
This is my final visual display result. This is only a small part of my plan. It is also a small expectation for the next year. Just like I cannot easily define myself, I have a lot of ideas about the future, but they are limited. Only a small part of the space can be shown, but this is good, life is long, there are always many stories that cannot be told, and it is also good to leave some memories for yourself.
