During the whole process of Project 3, first of all, our group had many offline meetings and discussions, and shared their respective book works with each other many times. Basic Brainstorm and discuss the final fusion work. At the beginning of the project, we had an offline meeting where we roughly decided how the books would be integrated, how they would be presented, and how they would be presented. And a division of labor was carried out in this meeting, as well as the corresponding timetable.
During the process of this project, I learned how to express my thoughts and opinions correctly, and complete each stage of the work on time and according to the schedule. After the first meeting with the tutor, the tutor pointed out some shortcomings in our ideas, and according to the tutor’s suggestion, we had a second meeting. First of all, in this meeting, I decided to take the idea I put forward as the core idea of this project, and continue to create and complete our project in this direction. Secondly, I undertook the visual optimization of the entire project, from the preliminary sketch recording, research, to the mood board, and the production of the overall powerpoint in the later stage. Again, I made the promotional page of the project, took the theme photos, made the secondary posters, and some peripheral cultural and creative products. In the end, I sorted out the copywriting of the entire project, as well as the text parts needed in the exhibition, and finally made an on-site display and report.
During the whole project, I learned a lot. First of all, I was not very active in expressing my ideas, raising my questions or suggestions to the mentors and team members from the beginning, but when I realized that our initial ideas were different When biased, I made my claim, and after much discussion and settled on the idea as the core idea. And take the initiative to ask questions to the instructor afterwards, so that the project can reach a better level. Secondly, the setting of the entire exhibition is also a very important matter, which is related to whether our final visual presentation can meet our expectations. A good exhibition setting can help the exhibits to be better presented and leave a deep impression on the audience. To this end, we Many discussions and attempts have been made, such as the arrangement of photos and posters, how to use electronic equipment to display our work, and how to display our books and cultural and creative products, but the expected results have not been achieved. With the help of the guide, we changed the position of some table layouts so that our work can be displayed well. Although we encountered some problems and twists and turns during the whole project, we still managed to present a complete effect in the final presentation.
