This week’s blog content is based on the feedback I received during the portfolio and blog review. First of all, this conference is based on the content of the previous lesson, Emotional Design and Design for Delight talks. Through the content of the course, I learned: What is emotional design? Bringing closer the relationship between people and things, so that we always have a close friend around us. Based on this, when designing a personal website, I focused on the emotional point of view, trying to narrow the distance between people and the website, and trying to make users get some emotional resonance when viewing my personal website. Later, through feedback from my instructors and classmates, I realized that while gaining emotional resonance, I must emphasize the practicality of the website so that users can find and access information more clearly and directly, and can accurately convey my themes and ideas. It is the primary task of personal website design.
We need to realize the important position and role of emotion in design based on the three different dimensions of instinct, behavior and reflection, and in-depth analysis of how to integrate emotional effects into product design, which can solve long-standing problems The problem of the design staff-the contradiction between the usability of the item and the aesthetics, that is to say, the useful things are generally ugly.
In addition, from daily household appliances to computers, from personal websites to emails, from computer games to movies, from modern communication tools, such as mobile phones, to robots, the coverage is very wide. We are all designers, everyone’s work and life In fact, they are all dealing with design. How to use emotions to make the products you design more reasonable, more energetic, and more human is also the top priority at present.
